Dear Sir/Madam:
Enclosed please find the following information required to complete contract for sale:
- Seller's name(s), address and Social Security Number
- Buyer's name(s), address and Social Security Number
- Type of Mortgage (FHA, VA, Conventional) & name of Mortgage Company (if known).
- Sale price and amount of deposit. (Deposit will be held in my Attorney Escrow Account).
- Settlement date (closing will be held at my office).
- Is the water/sewer public or private?
- Are there any underground or above ground fuel/oil tanks?
- Specific inclusions and exclusions (personal property).
- If you have a Homeowner's Association or Condo Association, please provide the name and telephone number. A copy of the By-Laws and/or regulations must be given to Buyer.
- A copy of the Tax bill indicating Lot and Block number.
- A copy of the old Deed and/or Title Policy.
- A copy of the current mortgage statement (to order a pay-off).
- If the Seller is an Executor Administrator of an Estate, additional documents will be required.
- A copy of the old Survey, if available.
