Enclosed please find the following information required to complete contract for sale:

1. Seller's name(s), address and Social Security Number
2. Buyer's name(s), address and Social Security Number
3. Type of Mortgage (FHA, VA, Conventional) & name of Mortgage Company (if known).
4. Sale price and amount of deposit. (Deposit will be held in my Attorney Escrow Account).
5. Settlement date (closing will be held at my office).
6. Is the water/sewer public or private?
7. Are there any underground or above ground fuel/oil tanks?
8. Specific inclusions and exclusions (personal property).
9. If you have a Homeowner's Association or Condo Association, please provide the name and telephone number. A copy of the By-Laws and/or regulations must be given to Buyer.
10. A copy of the Tax bill indicating Lot and Block number.
11. A copy of the old Deed and/or Title Policy.
12. A copy of the current mortgage statement (to order a pay-off).
13. If the Seller is an Executor Administrator of an Estate, additional documents will be required.
14. A copy of the old Survey, if available.
